Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5–7 working days. Orders are normally sent using a tracked Royal Mail or Evri service, or another suitable tracked courier where appropriate.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within a further 5–7 working days. These delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary because of courier delays, busy periods, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our immediate control.

We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will remain your point of contact if there is a problem with delivery.

Why Delivery Is Charged Per Item

The £4.99 delivery charge applies to each item purchased, rather than once per order.

Price Drop Unlimited products may be fulfilled separately, so items bought in the same order may arrive in different parcels or at different times.

The applicable delivery charge is displayed before you commit to purchase, so you can see the maximum amount you are authorising before completing checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Your tracking details may also be available through your customer account or order status page. If your order is being sent in more than one parcel, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Jewellery & Watches

Jewellery and watches are sent using a tracked delivery service. The standard delivery charge is £4.99 per item.

Watches normally require a 5–7 working day dispatch period because each watch goes through our quality assurance process before leaving the warehouse.

This allows us to inspect the item before dispatch and helps ensure it reaches you in the condition we expect.

Multiple Items

If you purchase more than one item, your products may be dispatched separately and may not arrive on the same day.

As delivery is charged per item, each product carries its own £4.99 delivery charge. The total delivery charge will be shown before you complete your purchase.
