By accessing or using the Price Drop Unlimited website or Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

"You" refers to the user or customer accessing our website. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Shop Unlimited Live Ltd, trading as Price Drop Unlimited.

These terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers and contributors.

Important Payment Information

Price Drop Purchases & Payment Authorisations

When you select Buy & Commit to Pay Final Price and successfully complete checkout, your payment provider may authorise the current live product price together with any stated delivery charge. This represents the maximum amount that may be payable for that Price Drop purchase.

An authorisation is not necessarily the final amount charged. Your bank, card provider or PayPal may temporarily show the authorised amount as a pending transaction or place a temporary hold on the available funds in your account.

The live Price Drop product price may continue to fall after you have completed checkout. When PRICE LOCK occurs, the final Price Drop product price is confirmed and every successful customer in that Price Drop pays the applicable final product price.

We will only capture the final Price Drop product price, together with the stated delivery charge.

If the final Price Drop price is lower than the amount originally authorised, the unused portion of the authorisation is not charged by Price Drop Unlimited.

Your bank, PayPal or other payment provider is responsible for releasing any remaining authorisation hold. The time taken for a pending authorisation to disappear from your account may vary between payment providers and is outside our direct control.

While an authorisation hold remains in place, it may temporarily reduce the amount of money or credit available to you, even though the final amount ultimately charged is lower.

If you make more than one purchase during the same Price Drop, each successfully completed checkout is treated as a separate order. Each order may therefore create its own payment authorisation and applicable delivery charge.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is owned by or licensed to Shop Unlimited Live Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use this website for personal use only. You must not:

Republish or redistribute our content without permission.
Sell, rent or sub-license material from this website.
